Should Non-brahmins Conduct Temple Rituals?

sadhguru you are talking about liberating hindu temples from the clutches of the government if that happens i understand management can be done by anybody but who should actually be in touch with the deity will it again go back to the brahmins sadhguru is this the only way to run a temple okay i am not talking about it and i am just trying to translate what is written in the constitution as to how
